Cooling of your home

Hence, we've compiled information to provide insights into how your ventilation unit can address this issue.

It is very important that you do not turn off the ventilation unit in the summer.
A turned off unit can damage both your ventilation unit and your home.

Identifying your unit

If you're unsure about the specific unit installed in your home, you can verify it either through the control panel or within the Nilan app.

A Comfort unit is not for cooling

A Comfort unit is designed for efficient and quiet ventilation in homes, utilizing minimal energy for the task.

It's important to note that the Comfort unit is not intended for cooling purposes and does not operate as an air conditioning system.

Comfortable cooling with Combi or Compact

Enjoy cooling comfort with Combi or Compact units. If your home is equipped with a Combi or Compact unit, the supplied air can be cooled to create a refreshing and pleasant cooling effect. Paired with the reduced humidity levels provided by the unit, the indoor climate becomes noticeably more comfortable.

Regrettably, Nilan does not offer products specifically designed for additional cooling of your home.

For such needs, we recommend contacting one of our service partners for further guidance. Alternatively, you can explore options at your local electrician or DIY store, where a variety of fans and other air conditioning solutions are available.
