Please fill in the form below to request a repair call-out for you Nilan unit. Nilan Ireland will assign a qualified Nilan service technician to your request who will contact you to asses your request and if applicable make an appointment to visit to review your Nilan unit.
Please note: A call-out fee will be charged at €120.00 + 23% VAT, if we book in a visit to you.
This fee will be payable in advance of the call-out.
The actual visit of the Technician will be charged at €45.00 per hour + 23% VAT and spare parts will be charged at the going rate. The technician will be able to give you an estimate of the costs once it is clear what exactly needs to be done and how much time it will take.
Ensure that you have approval from your landlord if you are a tenant in the property.
