How to change the filter

When it's time to replace the filter, the time-controlled filter alarm will notify you. Alternatively, signs like condensation on your windows or unusual system noise may indicate the need for a filter change.

No need to power off your system during the filter replacement process.

Depending on your system, you can release the filter cover using either suitcase brackets or thumb screws. Gently pull out the filter frames to prevent any dust from falling into the system.

The filter compartment provides ample space for cleaning with a vacuum cleaner and, if necessary, a damp cloth.

Take out the old filter by pulling it from the filter frame and insert the new one, following the supplier's instructions to ensure the correct orientation.

Ensure the filter is securely placed within the frame.

Return the filter frames to the system and securely close the door.

We've captured a filter change demonstration in our Comfort 300LR model, emphasizing that the process remains consistent across all ventilation units in your home.

Towards the conclusion of the video, we provide a step-by-step guide on deactivating the filter alarm specifically for a CTS602 equipped with a push-button panel.

For detailed instructions tailored to your specific unit, we recommend searching for your system in our product overview. There, you can find images of each individual system, accompanied by a comprehensive description of the filter change procedure.

Disposed filters are categorized as "residual waste"

A used filter harbors dust, micro-particles, and potentially fungal spores, posing potential health risks. Consequently, it is imperative to dispose of the used filter as "residual waste."

After changing the filter in your ventilation unit, remember to wash your hands to prevent the spread of any harmful particles.
