Ventilation requirement of up to 175 m3/h.
The Comfort CT150 is for anyone who wants ventilation with highly efficient heat recovery.
Comfort CT150's compact design makes it ideal to use in new and refurbished flats, terraced housing and summer cottages, where the space available is limited and easy fitting is required. The system can be fitted to the ceiling or the wall.
The system extract hot, humid air from e.g. the kitchen, bathroom and utility room, and at the same time remove dust particles, moisture and odours from the home. Furthermore, the energy from the extract air is used to heat the incoming air.
The system can be equipped with supplementary heating coils that can be connected to an electric or central heating system. The systems will produce a comfortable incoming air temperature even in the coldest winter weather. When you buy a Comfort system, you get a comfortable and healthy indoor climate and cost savings on your heating bill.
User selection/Range hood solution
It is also possible to activate user selection mode (Step 4) via a potential-free contact. The set includes a cable with two RJ12 connectors.
Connect the connector at the unit and connect the control panel and the 10 m of cable, for example, to a range hood, ind the two-connectionbox.
User selection/range hood-damper solution
It is also possible to activate user selection mode (Step 4) via a potential-free contact.
The set includes an RJ12 cable, a connection box for the range hood, damper connections as well as a 230V main supply plug.
Fire suppression system
Can be supplied with an integral fire suppression system, for use in apartment blocks with a common discharge air duct and possibly common outdoor air duct.
Spacing bracket, vertical installation
For vertical installation, a wall bracket can be attached to lead and conceal the ducts.
This converts the unit to a top unit.
The side panels are prepared for mounting of the display panel.
Pollen filter F7
A pollen filter class F7 can be fitted in the unit. The pollen filter is fitted with the G4 plate filter.
Spacing bracket, vertical installation
For vertical installation, a wall bracket can be attached to lead and conceal the ducts. This converts the unit to a top unit.
The side panels are prepared for mounting of the display panel.
Electrical pre-heating element (Frost protection)
An electrical pre-heating element heats up the outdoor air before it enters the unit. This avoids having to defrost the unit, resulting in a loss of power.
There are temperature sensors supplied to be fitted in the ducts.
Water heating element incl. regulation (duct mounted)
The supply temperature can always be raised to the required level using a water heating element. The water heating element is designed to be built into the duct and must be connected to the primary heating supply. Supplied with two-way adjustment valve, temperature sensor and frost thermostat.
Electrical heating surface incl. regulation
When you fit an electrical heating surface, you can raise the fresh air temperature to the desired level at any time. The electrical heating surface is supplied ready to fit into the fresh air duct and, for easy fitting, the device is pre-fitted with all the required sensors.
F7 - Pollen filter
A pollen filter class F7 can be fitted in the unit. The pollen filter is fitted with the G4 plate filter.
EM-box
An EM-box allows heat recovery from the air from the range hood and thereby helps to heat the supply air. The EM-box is equipped with a steel filter which efficiently cleans the range hood air of fat particles and thereby protects the system.
Expansion PCB
The expansion PCB provides additional functions for the CTS 602 control unit, e.g. controlling the EM-box.
Installation kit
The installation kit comprises of four vibration absorbers and a water trap for the condensation outlet. The water trap can be ordered separately.
Comfort CT150 is an energy-efficient ventilation system with heat recovery for homes with a ventilation requirement of up to 175 m3/h. Comfort CT150 is particularly suitable for newly-built or renovated flats, raraced house and summer cottages where the space is limited.
Comfort CT150 is designed for vertical or horizontal mounting, which ensures flexible installation.
Comfort CT150 is factory tested and ready for use. Installation and commissioning must be performed by an authorised electrician.

CTS150 control unit
The CTS150 control unit is a simple control unit used to control the CT150 system. It offers the user only limited access to settings.
Users can adjust the air volume and humidity levels.
The control unit also shows whether the system is working and when an alarm is triggered.
To set and regulate the system, it has to be connected to a PC via a USB flash drive. Download the software from NilanNet and install. The software can be used not only to set the system, but also to read operating data.
CTS602 control unit
Advanced display control panel
The CTS 602 display control panel offers a wide range of different functions, including menu-controlled operation, weekly program settings, timer-controlled filter flow meter, fan speed adjustment, summer bypass (free cooling), heating coil control, error messages, etc.
The CTS 602 factory settings are default settings that can be adapted to the operational requirements, in order to achieve optimum operation and use of the system.
Basic adjustable control panel
The CTS 602 adjustable control panel only allows fan speed adjustment at four different levels.
However, it is possible to adjust settings and view error messages with a Comfort CT150 Service Panel.
